1. All Sales Are Final
Because each item is produced only after an order is placed:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Wrong color ordered
- Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address provided

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide either:
- A free replacement, or
- A refund
To qualify, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date.
To submit an issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective area
- If multiple items are affected, a photo showing all items in one frame
There is no need to return damaged or defective merchandise.
3. Refund Method
Refunds are issued back to us by Printify and then processed back to your original payment method.
If you paid in a non-USD currency, Printify may return funds directly to your original payment source.
4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
- You may request a reprint at your expense, or
- Request a partial refund (shipping costs are non-refundable)
5. Print Quality & Placement Tolerances
For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed products:
- A placement shift of up to 0.5 inches is considered normal and not a defect.

Production begins automatically once an order is submitted—changes or cancellations may not be possible after processing starts.

Shipping times depend on the print provider, destination country, and courier.
Estimated timelines (after production):
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–10 business days
- International: 10–30 business days (varies by region)
These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak holiday volume.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item type, print provider, and destination.
Some items may ship separately depending on the production facility.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
