We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered
Wrong color ordered
Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
Incorrect shipping address provided

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide either:

A free replacement, or
A refund

To qualify, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date.

To submit an issue, please provide:

Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged or defective area
If multiple items are affected, a photo showing all items in one frame

There is no need to return damaged or defective merchandise.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are issued back to us by Printify and then processed back to your original payment method.

If you paid in a non-USD currency, Printify may return funds directly to your original payment source.

4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

You may request a reprint at your expense, or
Request a partial refund (shipping costs are non-refundable)

5. Print Quality & Placement Tolerances

For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed products:

A placement shift of up to 0.5 inches is considered normal and not a defect.
