Stone Ridge Mega Wedding Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH SHOPIFY OR ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM.

1. ENTRY PERIOD

The Stone Ridge Mega Wedding Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on January 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

2. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR

Sponsor: Stone Ridge Acres LLC, located at 96 Stone Ridge Lane, McAlisterville, PA 17049
Administrator: Stone Ridge Merch, an entity of Stone Ridge Acres LLC

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older). Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional, and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household, whether or not related, of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase Entry (AMOE - Alternative Method Of Entry Available)

Primary Entry Method: Make a qualifying purchase on the Sponsor's online store at https://www.stoneridgemerch.com during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entry Allocation:

• For every $1 spent on a purchase under $50, you will receive 1 entry
• For every $1 spent on a purchase of $50 or more, you will receive 2 entries

Example: If you spend $43.99, you will receive 43 entries. If you spend $50.00 or more, you will receive 100 entries (for a $50 purchase).

Entry Confirmation: If a purchase is successfully completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase. You are responsible for retaining proof of entry.

Timing: Qualifying entries must be completed by 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2026.

B. FREE ENTRY — ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

Method: To enter the Sweepstakes for free without making a purchase, send a handwritten request on a standard 3" x 5" card or plain paper including:

• Your full name
• Mailing address
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Statement: "I want to enter the Stone Ridge Mega Wedding Giveaway"

Limit: Each AMOE submission will receive one (1) entry. Limit one AMOE entry per outer envelope. All AMOE entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2026 and received by April 7, 2026.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winner Selection: On or around April 15, 2026, a potential Grand Prize winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Notification: Winner will be notified via email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Winner must respond within 7 days of notification attempt. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within 7 days, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.

Verification: Potential winner may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release, and provide valid government-issued photo identification. Failure to return signed documents within the stated timeframe, noncompliance with these Official Rules, or the return of prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. PRIZE

Grand Prize (1 winner): One (1) winner will receive a Stone Ridge Acres $50,000 All-Inclusive Wedding Package, which includes (but is not limited to):

• Venue Use: Exclusive use of Stone Ridge Acres for ceremony, reception, and accommodations for three (3) full days and two (2) nights
• Accommodations: On-site lodging for up to 28 guests including the Brickhouse (sleeps 10) and Three Luxury Lodges (sleeps 18 total)
• Professional Wedding Planner: Full-service wedding coordination valued at $5,000
• Decorating Package: Complete event setup including décor, centerpieces, signage, tables, chairs, and on-site staff (valued at $5,000)
• Catering: Professional catering for up to 175 guests with curated menus, appetizers, entrées, sides, and catering staff (valued at $15,000)
• Cash Bonus: $10,000 cash to be used at winner's discretion (e.g., honeymoon, photography, travel expenses, etc.)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50,000 USD

Wedding Date: Winner must schedule and complete the wedding within 24 months from the date the prize is awarded. Subject to venue availability. Blackout dates may apply.

Non-transferability: Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. See Official Rules for full details, eligibility requirements, entry methods, prize description, and important disclosures.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS / TAXES / PUBLICITY

Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes (if any) on the prize. Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 if the prize value exceeds $600.

Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use winner's name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Liability Release: By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won.

9. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, by entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held in Juniata County, Pennsylvania.

10. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.stoneridgemerch.com/pages/privacy-policy.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

12. WINNER LIST

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Stone Ridge Mega Wedding Giveaway Winner, 96 Stone Ridge Lane, McAlisterville, PA 17049. Requests must be received by May 31, 2026.
